Reebok EasyTone shoes feature specially designed air pods in the sole of the shoe. They are based on “balance ball” technology and work by introducing a small element of imbalance as you walk in them. That makes your lower body muscles work a little harder as they try to re-establish your body’s natural balance and equilibrium.
